If you received a ‘Developing’ score, you are required to choose one of the two available options:

1. Finalise your audit – If you do not wish to make any changes, you can choose to close out and finalise your audit. Your current score will remain as is and cannot be changed. Please note that once you choose to finalise your audit, you will no longer be able to resubmit or make any changes.
2. Address the corrective actions and resubmit – If you want to improve your score, you can make the necessary corrections and resubmit your assessment:
   • You have 3 months from the date you receive your initial assessment to complete the required changes.
   • You can resubmit multiple times within this period if further adjustments are needed.
   • Each resubmission will be reviewed within 5 working days.
